We focus on an in-depth understanding of Six Sigma theories and applications to your specific business environment, using statistical methods in a scientific manner to solve critical business process problems. Most other programs avoid statistical methods, rather students are taught the functionality of software and do not acquire an in-depth understanding of the statistical tools employed by Six Sigma.

Six Sigma Champion
The champion program is designed to introduce the Six Sigma concepts with significant emphasis on the Define Phase of Six Sigma and the subsequent management of a process during the Control Phase.

Champions will be able to identify Strategic Business Processes that bring value to its customers and organization. They will recognize the products and services that require improvement, define the nature of the improvement project, identify the appropriate Six Sigma Candidate and organize the team to undertake the project. Once the processes are improved, the champion continuously monitors them through effective process management techniques.

Six Sigma Yellow Belt
The Six Sigma Yellow Belt training program introduces the fundamentals of Six Sigma. The Yellow Belt gathers data, is involved in problem solving exercises and includes own personal experiences to the exploration process.

Six Sigma Yellow Belts gain the skills to identify, monitor and control practices in their own processes, as well as get prepared to give information to Six Sigma Black Belts and Six Sigma Green Belts who are working on larger company projects.
